Logo 1 is a Real Estate Investment Company -- This is the head of most of our subsidiaries, all having to do with real estate investments, single family houses and multi-family. We want the company to appear established, trustworthy, large and financially stable. Logo 2 is a Real Estate Investment Fund -- This is a real estate investment fund that Swedish investors will be investing in and we will in turn buy multifamily properties (50+ unit apartment complexes) to invest in to give returns back to the investors. We want the company to appear established, trustworthy, large and financially stable. Logo 3 is a commercial real estate brokerage -- This is a real estate brokerage specializing in the purchase and sale of multifamily properties of (50+ unit apartment complexes). We want the company to appear established, trustworthy, large and financially stable. Logo 4 is a Real Estate Property Management Company -- It is a property management company that will be specializing in taking care of large (50+ unit) multi-family property buildings or apartment complexes. They may do some property management of retail strip malls too, but this will likely be small. We want the company to appear established, trustworthy, large and financially stable. |
